“Who is this Jesus, and where does he live . . . ?”

It was close to 13 years ago when I first heard this response to a question. I was sitting in a taxi in Bangkok, Thailand, when I asked my driver, “Do you know who Jesus is?” His response gave insight into his life and the great need for all of Thailand, “Who is this Jesus, where does he live, and is he famous?”

I would like to welcome you to our blog and website. Kayti and I have surrendered our lives to serve God in taking the Gospel to the country of Thailand, with the understanding that regardless of where we are, as believers we are to be pointing people to Jesus Christ.

The need in Thailand is great, with less than 1% of the Thai population claiming any form of evangelical faith. I have had the opportunity to share the Gospel with many taxi-driving philosophers, with almost 9 out of every 10 saying that it doesn’t matter what a person believes, because as long as he is a “good” person, he will find peace. This idea of being a “good” person has infiltrated the Thai schools, businesses, government institutions, and family units. But striving to live a “perfect” life by their own means only initiates a cycle of destruction, setting an unattainable goal of perfection which they fail to meet time and time again. We long to tell the Thai people that there is only one way they can have true peace, and that is through having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior.

We would like to invite you to join us on our journey of taking the truth to Thailand–a journey which will not be without adventure! We will begin our traveling for deputation (seeking support from churches) within the next few months, and as with any great adventure, we need warriors on our side–prayer warriors! There are a few ways you can pray for us as we begin this leg of our journey:

1. Our preparation for approval as BBFI missionaries and for our deputation
2. Church Bookings
3. Smooth transition from the ministries we are involved in at CSBC
